Cancellation Policy
If you are late by 15 minutes, you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, you will need to be rescheduled and will need to adhere to my cancellation policy which is shown below.
I will charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
If you wish to reschedule after this, a non-transferable & NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the service will be required and will go toward your service total.
If you are to reschedule a 3rd time, you will be required to pay the full amount of the service, this is also non-transferable and NON-REFUNDABLE.
No notice no shows will be banned from booking.
